Interior Painting:

1. All furniture, wood cabinetry and flooring will be covered with plastic and drop cloths.
3. All walls and trim areas will be prepped by caulk and spackling.
4. All prep areas will be sanded and primed.
5. Premium paint will be applied with brushes, rollers and spray.
6. in between coats will be sanded and wiped down to perfection
7. All final work will be inspected by Charlotte-Painting, then walked through
with homeowner to assure 100% Satisfaction.

Exterior Painting:

1. Dirt and mildew surfaces will be cleaned to perfection.
2. Surface, underhangs and trim will be prepped by exterier caulk and spackling
3. New wood, scraped and prepped areas will be primed.
4. Premium paint and stains will be applied with brushes, rollers and spray.
5. All final work will be inspected by Charlotte-Painting, then walked
through with homeowner to assure 100% Satisfaction.

Deck Staining / Sealing:

1. We start by obtaining a “background” check of your structure.. i.e - New, stained or sealed
in the past.
2. Depending whats needed we use a cleaner or deckstrip
2. We then perform a splash test to make sure it's 100% pourous for coating.
4. Premium stains will be applied with brushes, rollers and spray.
4b. Premium sealers will be applied with pump sprayer then back brushed and rolled..
5. All final work will be inspected by Charlotte-Painting, then walked through
with homeowner to assure 100% Satisfaction.

 Stamp Concrete Sealing:

1. Driveway and Walks are hosed off and wiped down to perfection..
2. Acrylic sealer will be applied by pump sprayer then back brushed and rolled.
3. All final work will be inspected by Charlotte-Painting, then walked
through with homeowner to assure 100% Satisfaction.

Epoxy coatings ( Metals ):
 
1. All rusted areas will be carbide, sanded and cleaned to perfection
2. An adhesion bonding agent is used on rusted areas prior to coating.
3. Premium 2-part epoxy applied by brush and roller.
4. All final work will be inspected by Charlotte-Painting, then
walked through with homeowner to assure 100% Satisfaction.
